【法規(guī)】新一批有害物質(zhì)即將列入歐盟授權(quán)清單
隨著國(guó)際貿(mào)易的發(fā)展，為了保障人們的生活安全歐盟化學(xué)品管理局在不斷的更新有害物質(zhì)到授權(quán)清單里面，截止2014年初已有155項(xiàng)有害物質(zhì)被列入到有害物質(zhì)授權(quán)清單里面，REACH法規(guī)里面嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行。
近日，歐洲化學(xué)品管理局(ECHA)于2014年9月1日就新的推薦加入授權(quán)清單中的物質(zhì)發(fā)起公眾咨詢，提交評(píng)論的截止時(shí)間是2014年11月30日。同時(shí)，ECHA將協(xié)助歐盟委員會(huì)了解這些物質(zhì)列入授權(quán)清單可能產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)影響。
即將列入清單的22種有害物質(zhì)包括從煤焦油中提取的2個(gè)物質(zhì)，7個(gè)含鉛物質(zhì)，4個(gè)含硼物質(zhì)，7個(gè)鄰苯二甲酸酯及2個(gè)其他物質(zhì)：
